I have been looking for a compact, sturdy, light-weight travel tripod to replace my 3-Legged tripod which is quite a pain to set up. I was prepared to spend, reluctantly, the money for the Peak Design travel tripod as it ticked all of the boxes. During my Internet searches for the perfect tripod I kept coming across videos of the Neewer LT32 and everyone was raving about it. At a third of the cost of the Peak Design I bit the bullet and ordered one. I was not disappointed. The build quality is excellent and I couldn't happier with my purchase. I particularly like the locking mechanism for the ArCA Swiss plate. It's click and lock mechanism makes setting the camera up a snap (no pun intended). Its compact folded size means that it fits easily into the water bottle pocket of my camera bag. The inclusion of two 1/4 inch threaded holes in the tripod so that extra pieces of equipment such as lights or monitors can be attached at the same time is a bonus and makes this tripod very versatile.

Excellent piece of engineering , looks and feels great strong , stable yet very light and compact
This quality is on found on tripods double the price. Although it's a travel tripod it's as tall and stable as larger models , so it versatile too , may be the only tripod you need

Over the years, I have gone down many a tripod rabbit holes seeking out the best in class on a budget. All things considered, the Neewer LT32 met all my criteria for what my current needs are for landscape and astrophotography. Lightweight, carbon fiber, sturdy legs that have been tested in some light to moderate winds, as well as some real nice ergonomic and design features that separate this tripod from others in the same category. The main two competitors being the Peak Design travel tripod and the Ulanzi x Coman F38/Zero Y tripod are each similar in design and have their own pros/cons. Honestly, I typically buy Peak design for everything, but the price difference was just too great, even for the aluminum version. The one con I initially had with this tripod is the ball head accepts only square arca brackets, not allowing for L-bracket access. I have since switched from a Sony A7R2 to a A7C2 and with the reduction in weight, portrait layout maintains sturdiness with flipping the ball head 90 degrees. Neewer does include a ball head adapter for any ball head of your liking, but I do like this one as I have gotten used to it. I also purchased 2 small rig 1/4” thread adapters and mounted it with a neewer phone/device mount that I have my travel charger connecting power to my body for longer Astro shoots (see photo). Anyway, great form factor and lightweight but maintains good stability. Perfect addition to my bag.

I wanted a lightweight, sturdy tripod that would be ideal for travel. As much as I would have liked the Peak Design carbon tripod, I can't justify over £500. The Neewer LT32 ticked most, if not all, of the same boxes at less than half the price. Mine arrived with a minor fault with the 'push' locking lever, but Neewer sorted this out in a prompt and hassle-free manner. Brilliant product and brilliant service.

I bought this tripod a little while ago and each time I have used it I appreciate just how well it is made. The legs are so easy this set up, it takes seconds to loosen all clips and extend the legs, then by holding the legs together and rotating the whole tripod, the extended legs can be simply locked in place. Once the arca style plate is attached to the camera, mounting on the tripod is simple and the quick-release button van be slid to one side to prevent accidental release. The tripod feels sturdy and has been very easy to use in the dark, a true test of how easy it is to use. I am also impressed with how light and compact this tripod is when legs are retracted. A decent carry case is included to store the tripod in. All in all, this is an excellent travel tripod and is a bargain at the price it is being sold.

I looked at loads of travel tripods, watched and read reviews etc and this tripod kept popping up. There's good reason. It is really good at what it does. For starters it is very lightweight, setting it up is a cinch, and it is extremely easy to set the camera where you want it. Once the legs are extended the tripod is study and stable. The only thing I was concerned about was that it is advertised as having a 15 degree tilt on the head. As it is possible to tilt the head by 90 degrees in 2 positions, you can also lock this out at a variable angle. Thiseans pointing at the stars is simple. The case provided with the tripod feels robust and is of a decent thickness with a well designed set of handles to use to strap to your camera bag or backpack. Definitely recommend this tripod, it has surpassed my expectations. I do wonder what else Neewer have that might be useful?
