Warranty Disclaimer

All Neewer products come with a 1-year warranty (2 years for orders on the Neewer official website) from the purchase date. This warranty covers product defects, offering a replacement of the defective product or component.

Return Policy

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Neewer covers the cost of shipping the replacement item back to the buyer.
• Refunds, if applicable, are for the item cost only, excluding handling or shipping fees.
• Before dispatching a replacement or issuing a refund, Neewer must receive the returned item in the agreed condition, with photo or video evidence of the defect.

Claim Requirements

• Provide your order number and a photo/video for a claim.
• For Amazon orders, include the seller’s name or a screenshot.
• Claims for missing products must be made within 45 days of purchase.
• Missing parts must be reported within 2 days of receipt.

Warranty Limitations

• Used products from third parties (e.g., Amazon EU, Amazon.com Services).
• Normal wear and tear, loss, theft, misuse, or accidents.
• Water damage or misuse-related defects.
• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly.
• Damage from incompatible voltage (use a step-up/step-down converter for international travel).

Specific Limitations

• General consumers: 2-year warranty from the purchase date.
• Consumables:
  • Light bulbs and flash bulbs: 6 months
  • Batteries: 1 year
