Doing some video announcements with kids and I wanted to try my hand at using a teleprompter. The ipad mounted as expected. I was surprised at the quality of this, then again I shouldn't be as I've always been pleased with Neewer's gear. Quality gear for an inexpensive price. There was no noticeable color shift and it's easy to set it and forget it. Load up the prompter script into a free promoter app and hit go. The kids really seemed to think it's cool and it looks better for the audience that they are now looking at the camera and not reading from off screen.The bigger screen makes it easier when you have a couple of people that will be looking at the same camera and you need to have this a tad further away.

This is an amazingly well built teleprompter. It’s a perfect size and is easily mounted to your camera gear and tripod. Easy to setup, and the screen is clear with almost no ghosting of the images. I tried it on several different cameras and it is very versatile! It adjust to the size of your gear easily also. Very clear. It’s a great quality and price! Highly recommend!

For the price this is a solid setup. Comes with its own hard case, which is nice. I’ve used more expensive options that were less robust than this. The camera plate can be adjusted quite a bit forwards and back and also has height adjustment. It comes with an extra manfrotto plate which is great. The holder also has a lot of adjustment for different sized iPads/tablets. I don’t do a ton of promoter work but for the occasional times I do this will be nice to have in the kit as opposed to renting one.
