Probably the best value for money and well performing strobe out there. Flawless wireless operation, superfast manual override and will trigger a host of individualy adjustable slaves.I have two of these plus the identical output, but rectangular 880. The omni directional output is great for soft bounce, and includes two adjustable modelling lights. The weatherproof hotshoe lock is a solid feature too.Works perfectly on all D and Z model Nikon cameras. The included rechargeable long lasting batter is a major asset and can be charged anywhere via usbc.To think I almost wasted money on a Nikon strobe at 4x the cost.
I bought this flash recently and have used it on one shoot but I’ll be using it on many more. The build quality is great and I like that it has two modelling lights and the one I used most is on the body of the flash. The switch on the side that enables you to go from ETTL to manual is very convenient and the battery lasts a long time with a quick recycle time. I like that I can use my Godox X-Pro trigger to trigger it when using off camera flash. I will definitely recommend this flash to everyone in the industry!
I really like the Z2 Pro. It has a modern easy to use LED display that makes adjusting settings quick and intuitive. The built in modeling light is a nice bonus great for previewing light placement before shooting. Most importantly, the flash power is strong and reliable, easily handling both indoor and outdoor situations. Solid performance overall, especially for the price.
I absolutely love this flash! It is perfect for many occasions and very quick and easy to use. The head rotation is very smooth to use and not as difficult as some others I have tried in the past. It is a little on the bulky side in my camera bag and on my camera, but it is manageable. I love how my photos come out with this flash! The round head and the diffuser made my dog's fur look even softer. It pairs very well with a Canon camera and helps take some very sharp images.
Very nice product. I've been working with it and so far everything is working well.
I came from godox but to be honest I don't miss it. I recommend it
Works in GoDucks transmitters so that's insanely awesome The battery charges directly into the USBC cable that's great so far that's $100 saving over the godox version. Depending on how it works with the AD200 I'll pick up another one.
Excellent for photographers.
Powerful and great
Powerful, battery life is very long, good craftsmanship
Good product and amazing quality.
I've recently switched into this brand for Nikon Cameras and could not be happier with the performance of these portable speed lights. They work flawlessly and pricing is very affordable. I use these on out of the studio set ups. I would highly recommend these units to anyone looking to advance their lighting scope.
My first flash and it’s amazing! I’ve bee searching around the internet and found the Neewer Z2pro to be the best bang for your buck. 🔥
The light is great however there was no instructions in the box on how to use it?
Why do you not include instructions manual, they cost like pennies to produce.
Brilliant flash works well with my Nikon Z8, and cheaper than Nikons own flash or godox equivalent
Great flash and easy to use. A little heavy, but worth it for the price. No issues with it at all and very reliable.
Does exactly what it should at a good price. Battery lasts ages.
I really like the flash. It's not as powerful as the new Godox V100 but it's a fraction of the price (76w vs 100w).I got great results using it a couple of days ago and it worked perfectly off-camera with my Godox trigger. The controls are pretty intuitive and it is really lightweight too, which is great for portability. I'm very happy with it and feel it compares very well with the Godox flashes I usually use.
Honestly really great flash. I find it actually better than the Godox V1 I had. The power dial is great for just getting quick results without faffing on. Would be great to get a few eventually and try a proper flash set up.
Fantastic flash, easy to use
Fast, powerful and with a good quality built. It is easy to mount on the hot shoe and remove as well. Got it at a 30% discount - so a bargain at this price. The TTL helps for a more even light distribution and better exposure for each shot compared to my previous flash. Also the battery life is impressive!
I'm a wedding photographer, and this was the first time I've used a flash - the Neewer was super easy to learn, especially in TTL mode. Battery life is phenominal (however, I did purchase a spare). Great display and great build quality. Would have been nice to have included a diffuser like the non 's' version - but, oh well. Great price considering quality.
