  • Adjustable Pan/Tilt Fluid Drag- The professional fluid head is designed with two separate devices to control how much friction there is when panning or tilting the head. Use the side damping knob to adjust the fluid drag of tilt movement, or rotate the bottom ring to change the fluid drag in the pan axis, so as to allow smooth shots free of shake and vibration. Rotate them clockwise to increase the damping effect and rotate them counterclockwise to decrease
  • Quick and Easy Modes Switching- The fluid head has two QR modes, compatible with DJI RS2 RS3 RS3 PRO gimbal and 501PL quick-release plates respectively. Compared to the traditional slide-in structure, you can press the quick-release plate directly from the top of the fluid head and lock it in 1s, as well as quickly release the plate via the side release button, more efficient and convenient to switch between tripod and gimbal shooting
  • 35"-74" Easy Tripod Height Adjustment-With 3 sections of telescopic tripod legs and quick flip locks, the tripod can be easily adjusted in height from 35"/89cm to 74"/189cm. Its maximum load capacity reaches up to 22lb/10kg, capable of supporting DSLR cameras, camcorders, and many other devices, compatible with Sony Canon Nikon, etc. The shooting tripod head also has a 1/4" threaded screw hole to mount the monitor, LED video light, magic arm, and other compatible devices

Well worth the price. The pan tension adjustment has nice range. I wish the tilt got a little stiffer but still good range of adjustment. The lockdown screws are spring loaded so you can pull out on them to adjust out of the way after tightning (see photos). This was a nice feature I havent previously read about on this. Was planning on using this as a backup to my older tripod but it just might be my main go to. Came with Alen wrenches for various uses. The legs on my other tripod needed tightning to firm up the triod on occasion, this comes with the needed tools for future maintainance. Hoping it lasts! I read the reviews and some stated the head unscrews from the base during operation. This is a 2 piece head. the first piece id the bowl to flat mount adapter that attachesto the tripod. Then you have the tripod head that attaches to that. The 2 pieces screw together but if not tight, they will unscrew. all you need you need to do is tighten the nut on the bottom (shown in my photo) and problem solved.a 12mm wrench or adjustabl wrench will snugit up.

I’ve used this tripod with DSLR and Cannon camp quarters. It’s easy to use has fluid motion and adjust to every height we need. The thing I like most about it is it stability. I was worried that,for the price, it would not feel robust. I was pleasantly surprised at how solid the construction was and how well thought out the mechanisms for adjustment were. Great buy!

Heavy duty enough for a 17 lb film camera, metal legs give it a robust feel. Tripods must be stable and sturdy to risk expensive film cameras on. The fluid head works as it claims and the price couldnt be beat!

I am really starting to fall in love with the quality of neewer brand products. They are really worth spending money on compared to the cheaper alternatives. The tripod is easy to set up, easy to use and really sturdy. Love how well it delivers above and beyond what was promised. I use this for my teleprompter.

This tripod is very good. It's very sturdy and is really tall when fully erected, about 7ft tall. The only downside is that it's a little heavy, but that is probably because I'm used to using smaller lightweight travel tripods, and isn't too much of a problem. It's very good value for money and I would recommend in investing in one of these tripods.

Bought this tripod after having Slik tripods for years. I have added some weight to the camera accessaries setup and this tri pod caught my eye beoings you could adjust the pan and tilt. Already after using it for 1 event recently I will be using this tripod for good. Built well, looks great, head adjustments are great. This is the real deal folks! I would not hesitate reccommending this tripod to anyone. Great job Neewer. I have been using other Neewer products and they have been very good.

I was looking for a video tripod for my Blackmagic 6G2 camera - the 3-way head on my Manfrotto is adequate for stills but not for any panning. I needed a fluid head and Neewer have put a good head on this tripod. It’s not light, but that helps make it sturdy. I had seen another brand that was comparable in price and had single locks on each leg (making it easier to erect); getting this one is no compromise as I only need to unlock the top legs to get it to eyeline height (the lower legs are only needed to raise it higher than I can reach)!Haven’t yet used it in anger but, trying it out suggests I can recommend this one.
