I like how sturdy this is. The price is perfect, too. I used this to mount an 18" ring light overhead on the wall of my tattoo station. The light is fairly heavy and this boom isn't going anywhere. Definitely solved all my issues with lighting and space in my booth.
I purchased this for my computer room usage, as I use 2 computers and 3 27 inch monitors so it gets darker in front of them when editing photos. I do not have space next to them in the floor for a tripod or a stand lamp, So I used one of this and an 18 inch ring light from the same brand and, what a difference. The stand holds well and with the ring light perfectly gives the lighting I needed. Very happy with this purchase.
