Great grip, has the same feel as the R5 it’s now part of, controls are perfectly positioned when switching to portrait mode, and having double battery life is a great bonus, you can shoot away without worrying about your battery life, it’s design feels natural and balanced when using larger Canon lenses, all in all a great purchase

Fantastic piece of kit and it is £300 cheaper than the Canon one. I read reviews on this and people complained that the grip was sticky and the buttons were not as good quality but I have to say there is no problem with the grip and yes the buttons are slightly clicky but her, you saved a lot of money! Works perfectly on my R6 MK II. I would highly recommend.

Brilliant. Even better with 40% off thanks to World Camera Day. I’ve never used the Canon BG, but it’s hard to imagine there is any significant difference in use. Maybe the plastic quality is a little nicer, but given the price difference, like 6 times nicer? I doubt it. This fits perfectly and makes a real difference to how my R6Mk2 feels in the hand, especially in portrait. Absolutely love it and would have happily paid full price.
