Just purchased a set of barn doors for my Neewer BiColour 480 lights. These were well up to the standard expected but, notably, I received exemplary customer service from the UK helpdesk.
It was a real pleasure to discover that Neewer's excellent value for money equipment was backed up by a helpdesk staffed by actual real people in the UK who were able to sort out a difficult missed delivery situation for me in record time.
I didn't expect that kind of service from a budget supplier. They are, frankly, a bit of an object lesson for some of the big name studio equipment brands.
I had always bought through third party suppliers and had never thought of ordering from them direct. It definitely paid dividends. I'll be back for more.
